From the paint shop the car went back to Woodgate's workshop for the final assembly.
This was a lengthy and painstaking process, not only the assembly itself but sourcing and remaking of the endless minor fittings and special parts. These included the correct Leart Torino lights, filler caps, button and lever door handles, interior handles, instruments, seats, switches etc.

"The car presented to us is one of the better examples of a "replica" DB4 GT Zagato we have seen"
Nigel Woodward, Manager, Aston Martin Works.
